Stephen Rocks joined the Health Foundation in February 2020 and is an Economist in the REAL Centre.
Stephen works mainly on NHS Finances and performance and led on the analysis for The bigger picture – the REAL Centre's launch report.
Stephen joined the Health Foundation from the University of Oxford where he was a researcher in Health Economics with a focus on child and adolescent mental health services and integrated care. He has previously held roles at Public Health England and Citizens Advice.
He has an M.A in Economics from the University of Glasgow.
