Supporting health care improvement
We identify, support and fast-track promising ideas to improve health care, bridging the gap between policy and practice to help create the right conditions for change in the NHS.

We work with frontline clinical teams, patient communities and health care systems across the UK to test new approaches and to spread what works so that all patients can benefit.
In the last 15 years, we have learned a great deal about how to make change happen in health care, investing over £200m in grants and research in this area, and in connecting over 4,000 people as part of our Q community.
